Moving between countries, languages and cultures can be exciting, but it can also mean constantly adapting — figuring out where you belong, how you fit in, and sometimes even which version of yourself feels most at home. I know this experience personally, and it has shaped the way I understand people and the way I work as a therapist. I offer therapy in English, Spanish and Italian, and I particularly value working with people who are navigating life between cultures: moving abroad, adjusting to a new environment, returning home, building relationships across cultures, or simply trying to understand where they fit when they don’t feel completely at home in one place. At the same time, you don’t need to have an international background to come to therapy with me. Whatever brings you here, I believe that understanding a person means looking beyond the immediate problem and exploring the experiences, relationships and context that have shaped them. My approach is warm, person-centred and collaborative, with systemic training. I don’t see therapy as fixing something that is wrong with you. Instead, I see it as creating a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and become curious about what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we can explore patterns, emotions, relationships and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. In a first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and understanding what has brought you to therapy. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on or having everything figured out. We can begin wherever you are, and make sense of things together. The first session is also a chance for you to experience how I work and decide whether you feel comfortable with me.
