For organisations
Therapy for the people your organisation is responsible for
Customers affected by something that went wrong. Staff who have been through a difficult event. Or a standing benefit that funds real therapy rather than a helpline. Three programmes, one vetted UK panel, and a reply from a person within two hours.
We answer fast
Every enquiry gets a reply from a person within 2 hours, 8am to 8pm UK time, seven days a week.
Registered and insured
Every therapist holds current UK professional registration and current professional indemnity insurance, and has been vetted on a video call before seeing anyone.
Independent of you
The programme runs on our platform, not inside yours. You never hold the health data and you never see session content.
Which of these is you?
The three programmes differ in who receives the therapy and how quickly it has to be standing up. If you are not sure which one you need, start a conversation and we will tell you.

Incident and change support for staffYou want to fund therapy as a standing benefit
The mechanics of an ongoing programme: how staff book, what you are invoiced for, what you see and what you never see.
Usually signed off by
HR, People, Office Manager, or a founder at a company too small for an EAP
Employer-funded therapy: how it worksClinical governance
Registration, insurance, vetting, data protection and confidentiality. The answer to the first question every organisation asks us.

Read itWhat we are, plainly
MatchyMatch is a UK therapy platform. People come to us, tell us what they are dealing with, and get matched with a therapist they can speak to for fifteen minutes, free, before committing to anything. The therapists are registered, insured and individually vetted. That is the consumer product, and it has been running for a while.
The organisational work is the same machine pointed at a different problem. When something happens to a group of people at once, whether they are your customers or your staff, somebody has to find therapists, check their credentials, handle bookings, handle the money, and keep the clinical records somewhere that is not your laptop. We already do all of that. What changes for an organisational programme is that you are paying, and that we reserve capacity in advance so the people you are sending do not join a waiting list.
What we are not going to tell you
We are not going to show you client logos or testimonials for this service, because we are early and we would have to invent them. We are not going to claim that funding therapy reduces your legal exposure, because it does not and saying so would be dangerous. And we are not going to promise capacity we have not checked.
What we will do is answer the phone, tell you what we can actually staff, and put the clinical governance in front of you before you ask for it.
How an organisational programme is put together
Every programme has the same four moving parts. What changes between them is the size of each one.
- Set-up. Briefing the therapists, agreeing the referral route, building the booking page the people you are supporting will actually use, and agreeing what the reporting looks like. Charged once.
- Reserved capacity. We hold a block of therapist hours per week for you, so the people you send are not competing with everyone else for a slot. Charged as a weekly minimum.
- Sessions. Fifty minutes each, per session, with the people who use them. See how many sessions actually help before deciding how much to fund.
- A fixed initial term. Long enough for a person to receive a course of therapy rather than a taster, and short enough that you are not committing to something open-ended.
We quote the numbers in the first conversation rather than publishing a price list, because the shape of the programme genuinely changes them. That conversation is free and takes about fifteen minutes.
Also worth knowing
If you are looking at this as a benefit rather than a response to an event, the workplace wellbeing page makes the case for funding therapy at all, with the return-on-investment research attached. This section is about how the programmes work once you have decided.
And if what you actually need is to point one person towards help rather than run a programme, they can find a therapist themselves in a couple of minutes, free.
Questions we get asked
A first conversation happens the same day in most cases. Setting a programme up and getting the first people booked in is a matter of days rather than months, because the panel already exists and the platform is already running. What we will not do is promise a start date before we have checked who is actually available, so the honest answer is that we tell you the date in the first call, not in a brochure.
Talk to us
A first conversation is free and takes about fifteen minutes. You will speak to someone who can answer clinical, commercial and data-protection questions in the same call, and who can tell you honestly whether we are the right fit before you commit to anything.
Every enquiry gets a reply from a person within 2 hours, 8am to 8pm UK time, seven days a week.
