The first 15-minute discovery call is free.
Your first step
Start with a free 15-minute discovery call with Rio, by video or audio. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Talk about what brings you here and see whether you feel at ease with Rio.
If it feels right, you pay session by session, at the fee on this page, with no hidden charges. If it does not, you can have free discovery calls with other therapists until someone feels right. We are with you every step of the way, not just at the start.
We will confirm your email and introduce you.
