About Justine

I am a qualified, registered counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I use a number of different approaches catered to your needs, preferences and abilities. I am here to help you understand yourself and give you the tools to apply in and after therapy. I come from a nursing and psycho-social background and often use these experiences and understandings to help my clients with day to day issues that impede on their mental health or inability to start beneficial change.

Session packages

Pay for a block of sessions up front, at a lower price per session.

Our advice: start with the free discovery call and a session or two. If it feels right, a package is the better option, for the price and for the consistency, which is the part of therapy that really makes a difference.
