About Jessica

I offer compassionate therapy combining deep insight with practical tools for wellbeing. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and however you're arriving here, therapy together will provide a safe space where we work at your pace and all of you is welcome. How I Work I will support you to explore new ways to manage your mind, emotions and build a more positive relationship with yourself. I am a trauma-informed Integrative Counsellor qualified to work with a wide range of mental health challenges; including anxiety, depression, stress, low-self esteem, relationship issues, body image and eating disorders. My approach combines evidence-based psychology alongside holistic approaches. I take a whole-person view of wellbeing: your thoughts, your body, your emotions, and your sense of who you are and what matters to you are all connected, and healing tends to be more lasting when we can work across all of these, rather than just one. So I take the time to really get to know who you are, ensuring our work together is both deeply relational and practically grounded. Alongside deep listening I will gently invite you to look at things from new angles, question old patterns, and try practical tools that support you to build genuinely healthier habits - ways of thinking and being that you can carry with you well beyond our sessions. I offer a warm, grounded approach to lasting change: · Supporting you to understand yourself and your challenges better · Feel deeply heard, without judgement · Uncover the root causes of your current challenges · Learn practical tools and coping strategies · Build self-regulation and self-awareness · Break patterns that no longer serve you, and build habits that do · Explore what you value and what's meaningful in your life · Work with mind and body – this is not just talking. We will use experimentation and support you to learn tools that translate into real shifts in your daily life. · Therapy with me focuses on insight and change, helping you develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. Who I Work With I embrace all aspects of humanness and warmly welcome diversity in all its forms, including LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those exploring identity, spirituality, or alternative relationship structures such as non-monogamy and polyamory. Wherever you’re at right now, I believe with the right support, real change is possible….

Session packages

Pay for a block of sessions up front, at a lower price per session.

Our advice: start with the free discovery call and a session or two. If it feels right, a package is the better option, for the price and for the consistency, which is the part of therapy that really makes a difference.
