I’m a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental person-centred psychotherapist, offering a safe space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. I work with adults and young people aged 11+, supporting people through anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, grief, life changes, relationship difficulties and times when life simply feels overwhelming. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I won’t tell you what you should think or feel. Instead, we’ll work together at your pace, exploring what feels important to you and helping you develop greater self-understanding, confidence and resilience. In our first session, there is no pressure to share everything straight away. We’ll have time to get to know each other, talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you would like support with, and see whether I feel like the right therapist for you. My aim is for you to leave feeling listened to, respected and comfortable with taking the next step. I offer sessions online, by telephone and in person in Atherton, Greater Manchester, and I also provide therapy in both English and Romanian.
